The Democrats of the House of Representatives in Texas are urging President Barack Obama to commit to passing an immigration bill this year that would effectively shelter illegal immigrants in the United States.
Representative Marc Veasey (Democrat of Fort Worth in Texas) has declared that a comprehensive immigration reform measure should already be put into place, saying, “The time is now for the President to take executive action.”
According to Fox News, President Obama is in the process of crafting a 10-point plan that to give amnesty to as many as 4.5 million illegal immigrants. Obama’s spokesmen at the White House have vehemently denied that the president has finalized any plan.
